Full papers not exceeding 6 pages a per IEEE format available on the conference website are invited. All the papers will be subjected to a review process through an international review panel before final acceptance. Comments of the reviewers will be directed to the authors prior to the camera ready paper submission. All submissions have to be done online through the website.
